Our Hurricane or named storm policy is we would credit you on your next flight in/out within 60 days if we have availability. Special events are nonrefundable within 3 months.

PREPAID RESERVATIONS are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-CANCELLABLE AND THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED WILL BE CHARGED FULL AMOUNT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

You are responsible to Bring your own Baby Car seats. Palmetto Car Service LLC does not supply car Seats.

Palmetto Car Service LLC is blocking the time spot for you. This is part of the cost to give you a Guaranteed Ride.

You agree to Be Ready at your appointment Time, waiting time Starts Immediate within 2 minutes of your Appt time or $2 per Minute, (picking up at Airport does not incur this fee if you come out right away) ** unless you come out of Airport with food or coffee* it would be obvious we are waiting for you to eat.

Lastly, driver gratuity is excluded. The driver accepts cash or Venmo.  Some corporate accounts may want to Tip the Gratuity on initial charge for Booking, please make a note to us in special instructions to do so.

All reservations booked after 8 PM will not be confirmed until the following day at 7:30AM******

ANY Person, Pets or animal Gets sick, urinates, feces or sheds in any vehicle is an Automatic $300 is charged on your Credit card, obviously the shedding is most large dogs. If you have a large dog, most likely you will be paying a $250 fee.

Changes to Terms of Service

PALMETTO CAR SERVICE LLC reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms of Service in its sole and absolute discretion. All changes to these Terms of Service will be effective and binding upon you once they are displayed or posted in accordance with this paragraph. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the most current Terms of Service. If any substantial changes are made to these Terms of Service, PALMETTO CAR SERVICE LLC will display the new Terms of Service on the Website (as defined below).
